M&A & New Markets Tech Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Oversee the technological aspects of acquisitions and the launch of new markets within the InPost Group.

• Facilitate pre-acquisition technical due diligence and manage external assessment partners.

• Synthesize due diligence findings into organized evaluations of risks, gaps, and integration complexities.

• Direct post-acquisition technology integration involving personnel, processes, systems, and budgeting.

• Assess the technology environments of acquired entities, establish milestones, and drive successful delivery.

• Prepare new markets for launch by outlining architecture, tooling, access, technical specifications, and process standards.

• Track the adoption of OneTech Standards, identify local exceptions, and coordinate resolutions or formal approvals.

• Collaborate with technology leads on the market side, architecture and domain teams, People teams, and external due diligence partners.

• Create and uphold integration playbooks, templates, status documentation, and a knowledge base of lessons learned.

• Foster alignment and sustain integration momentum without having formal line-management authority.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in technology integration, M&A technology, or a related field.

• At least 3 years of project or program management experience.

• Experience engaging with stakeholders across various markets and within an international organization.

• Capability to evaluate technology environments and identify deficiencies against established standards.

• Strong grasp of IT architecture principles and enterprise systems.

• Methodical approach to managing multiple workstreams, dependencies, milestones, and delivery reporting.

• Excellent communication and influencing skills across diverse cultures and levels of seniority.

• Ability to encourage adoption and achieve outcomes without direct authority.

• Proficiency in English.

• Active utilization of AI tools for research, documentation, analysis, and reporting.

• Experience in coordinating technology due diligence processes is a plus.

• Familiarity with M&A or integration management frameworks is advantageous.

• Experience in IT architecture, solution design, change management, or technology adoption is beneficial.

• Knowledge of ITSM, ITIL, or a similar operational framework is a plus.

• Awareness of the European technology regulatory and compliance landscape is an advantage.

• Background in logistics, e-commerce, or a similar sector is advantageous.

• A project management certification or ITIL Foundation qualification is a plus.
