This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden.
• Set up, optimize, and ensure the quality of automated and triggered workflows in the MA system (Klaviyo).
• Act as a requirements gatherer for IT concerning data, integrations, and technical solutions related to MA.
• Work on segmentation and personalization to ensure relevant communication throughout the customer journey.
• Drive and develop customer journeys with a focus on conversion, retention, and brand experience.
• Ensure that all communication is on-brand and contributes to a strong and cohesive brand identity.
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize activities based on data and insights.
• Contribute to the development of the company's loyalty program (customer club) and its connection to customer journeys.
• Work with integrations and external platforms such as Yotpo and Trustpilot.
• 2–3 years of experience in marketing automation.
• Experience working with Klaviyo or similar MA systems.
• Proven experience in building and optimizing automated workflows and customer journeys.
• Strong understanding of data-driven and brand-building communication.
• Comfortable gathering requirements from IT and collaborating closely with technical teams.
• Analytical mindset and comfortable monitoring and optimizing results.
