This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of and oversee comprehensive M&A integration project plans, including key milestones, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables from due diligence through post-close stabilization.
• Facilitate execution across geographically distributed, cross-functional teams—ensuring accountability, follow-through, and progress against crucial milestones in a remote work environment.
• Actively identify risks, challenges, and delays, and escalate them with well-defined recommendations to maintain integration timelines.
• Establish and oversee integration governance, which includes virtual workstream check-ins, executive updates, and decision-making forums.
• Coordinate integration efforts across Finance, Legal, IT, Operations, People & Culture, Client Service, and Go-to-Market teams.
• Provide clear, concise, and executive-ready reports on progress, risks, and upcoming milestones.
• Collaborate closely with senior leadership to align priorities, eliminate obstacles, and ensure successful integration results.
• A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a business-related field.
• PMP certification or equivalent experience is preferred.
• Over 10 years of experience in a professional services environment, including a minimum of 5 years leading complex M&A integration or large-scale transformation projects.
• Strong expertise in project management, covering planning, execution, risk mitigation, and stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to manage intricate, cross-functional workstreams across remote teams with competing priorities and tight deadlines.
• Proven capability to influence, drive accountability, and deliver results without direct authority.
• Excellent communication skills, with the capacity to engage executive and cross-functional audiences in virtual formats.
• Experience in developing dashboards, reports, and executive updates that convert data into actionable insights.
• Proficient with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet) and Microsoft 365 collaboration tools.
• Capability to impose structure on ambiguity and convert evolving inputs into clear, actionable strategies.
