This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate under the guidance of the Development and Engineering Lead, Product Manager, Program Manager, and Deputy Program Manager within an Agile ITIL framework that emphasizes DevOps practices.
• Offer expert support for the M365 Power Platform as part of the ECIS Development Team.
• Conceptualize, develop, and implement software solutions across Microsoft products and services.
• Independently devise solutions, methodologies, and recommendations for intricate customer and vendor challenges.
• Create and deliver presentations, along with technical documentation tailored to meet customer needs and objectives.
• Engage in scrum sprint activities and Agile ceremonies.
• Diagnose Power Platform issues and collaborate with Service Desk, Datacomm, EUA, Security, and Engineering teams.
• Design, develop, and launch custom Power Apps applications.
• Create, configure, and manage Power Automate workflows.
• Develop dashboards and reports utilizing Power BI.
• Gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions in collaboration with business analysts and stakeholders.
• Integrate Power Platform applications with Microsoft and third-party applications.
• Enhance existing applications and remain updated on Power Platform advancements.
• Assist during customer workshops to identify challenges and design effective solutions.
• Produce and maintain detailed solution documentation.
• Provide continuous troubleshooting, support, and maintenance.
• Optimize the performance, scalability, and reliability of solutions.
• Create engineering documentation for cloud environments, including Visio diagrams, as-built documents, runbooks, knowledge guides, and operations guides.
• Offer team leadership, adapt to evolving requirements, and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and advise management on their potential impact and advantages.
• Provide insights on data privacy, ethics, and compliance risks.
• Bachelor's degree and 4 years of relevant experience, or a master's degree with less than 2 years of relevant experience; additional experience may substitute for formal education.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or higher security clearance.
• Proficient in Power Apps, including both Canvas and Model-Driven applications.
• Skilled in Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 services, such as SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
• Fundamental understanding of Power Pages and Copilot Studio.
• Familiarity with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Azure DevOps.
• Proficient in JavaScript, C#, and SQL.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and OAuth.
• Must have resided in the United States for at least 3 out of the last 5 years.
• Strong grasp of Microsoft Dataverse.
• Experience with API integrations and the development of custom connectors.
• Understanding of data management and governance principles.
• Experience with SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and other Microsoft 365 services.
• Previous experience in an Agile Scrum environment utilizing DevOps methodologies.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow change control and ticketing processes.
• Understanding of Capstone and NARA data retention compliance principles.
• Experience in designing, planning, and implementing solutions in environments with over 10,000 users.
• Background in Agile development methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, version control systems, data modeling, and relational databases.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
