This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia, +1 more country.
• Oversee user identities, licenses, and groups through Azure AD and Microsoft 365 Admin Centers.
• Manage Exchange Online mailboxes, distribution groups, mail flow rules, public folders, and anti-spam/malware policies.
• Supervise SharePoint Online and OneDrive for Business sites, including permissions, storage, and external sharing protocols.
• Set up and manage Microsoft Teams policies, channels, apps, and integrations.
• Execute and oversee Microsoft Intune for device and application management, compliance, and configuration profiles.
• Administer Azure AD conditional access, Single Sign-On (SSO), and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
• Monitor and manage security features within Microsoft 365, including threat protection, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), and eDiscovery.
• Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for Microsoft 365 services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to accounts, mail flow, SharePoint, Teams, and device management.
• Collaborate effectively with end-users and IT teams.
• Implement security best practices and compliance policies.
• Conduct security audits while monitoring service health, alerts, and audit logs.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for provisioning, reporting, and license management.
• Utilize Power Automate to enhance Microsoft 365 processes.
• Generate documentation and training materials.
• Engage in the planning, testing, and deployment of Microsoft 365 features and services.
• Contribute to migration projects, including cloud and tenant-to-tenant transitions.
• Assess and propose technologies and solutions for the Microsoft 365 environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• A minimum of 3 years' experience in a dedicated Microsoft 365 Administrator position.
• Proficiency in administering and supporting complex Microsoft 365 environments.
• Familiarity with Azure Active Directory, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Intune, and Microsoft 365 Security & Compliance Center.
• Strong expertise in PowerShell for Microsoft 365 administration and automation tasks.
• Knowledge of DNS, TCP/IP, and VPN networking concepts as they pertain to cloud services.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team while managing multiple priorities.
• Preferred: Microsoft 365 Certified certifications, such as Enterprise Administrator Expert, Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, or Security Administrator Associate.
• Preferred: Experience with hybrid environments and Azure AD Connect.
• Preferred: Familiarity with Power Platform administration and governance, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Preferred: Experience with third-party Microsoft 365 backup and recovery solutions.
