This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia, +1 more country.
• Oversee user identities, licenses, and groups through Azure AD and Microsoft 365 Admin Centers.
• Manage Exchange Online, which includes handling mailboxes, distribution groups, mail flow rules, public folders, and anti-spam/malware policies.
• Supervise SharePoint Online and OneDrive for Business sites, focusing on permissions, storage, and policies for external sharing.
• Set up and maintain Microsoft Teams environments, including policies, channels, applications, and integrations.
• Implement and administer Microsoft Intune for managing devices and applications.
• Oversee Azure AD Conditional Access, SSO, and MFA services.
• Monitor and manage Microsoft 365 security features, such as threat protection, DLP, and eDiscovery.
• Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for Microsoft 365 services.
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to accounts, mail flow, SharePoint, Teams, and device management.
• Collaborate with end-users and IT teams to enhance the productive use of Microsoft 365 applications.
• Enforce security best practices and compliance policies.
• Conduct security audits to ensure system integrity.
• Monitor service health, security alerts, and audit logs.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for provisioning, reporting, and license management.
• Utilize Power Automate to optimize Microsoft 365 processes.
• Create and maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and troubleshooting.
• Assist in developing and delivering training materials for end-users.
• Participate in the planning, testing, and deployment of new Microsoft 365 features and services.
• Support on-premises-to-cloud and tenant-to-tenant migration projects.
• Assess and recommend technologies to enhance the Microsoft 365 environment.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 3 years in a dedicated Microsoft 365 Administrator role.
• Demonstrated expertise in administering and supporting complex Microsoft 365 environments.
• Proficient in Azure Active Directory, including user/group management, Conditional Access, MFA, and PIM.
• Familiarity with Exchange Online, including mail flow, anti-spam measures, eDiscovery, and archiving.
• Experience with SharePoint Online and OneDrive for Business, covering site administration, permissions, and sharing policies.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Teams policy management and application integration.
• Skills in Microsoft Intune for device enrollment, compliance policies, and application deployment.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 Security & Compliance Center, including DLP, threat protection, and audit logs.
• Strong proficiency in PowerShell for administration and automation within Microsoft 365.
• Solid understanding of DNS, TCP/IP, and VPN in relation to cloud services.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, including the capacity to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively while managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Preferred: Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert, Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, or Security Administrator Associate.
• Preferred: Experience with hybrid environments and Azure AD Connect.
• Preferred: Acquainted with Power Platform administration and governance, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Preferred: Experience with third-party Microsoft 365 backup and recovery solutions.
• Preferred: Knowledge of the ITIL framework and best practices.
