This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Ensure adherence to the Plan of Care by monitoring and evaluating the patient's bodily systems.

• Sustain service continuity to guarantee effective care coordination.

• Engage actively in Staff meetings and In-Service Reviews.

• Offer comprehensive and ongoing clinical training for the staff.

• Provide exceptional and tailored customer service.


⛳️ Requirements

• Valid LVN License in the state of California.

• Reliable transportation, along with a current Driver’s License and auto insurance.

• Up-to-date CPR certification.

• Capability to fulfill the physical demands of the role.

• Completion of TB testing.

• Annual Flu Vaccination required.
