
Luxury Transient Sales Manager – Private Island Resort

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +2 more states.
• Drive revenue for room bookings through the acquisition, development, and retention of high-value transient business accounts.
• Identify, solicit, and secure new transient business across corporate, luxury leisure, entertainment, government, and travel advisor sectors.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans aimed at achieving transient room revenue objectives.
• Conduct sales calls, client presentations, networking events, and property site inspections.
• Establish and nurture relationships with luxury travel agencies, consortia programs, and preferred travel partners.
• Negotiate and manage agreements for preferred corporate rates and luxury travel partnerships.
• Maintain key-account relationships to enhance production and retention.
• Review account performance to identify opportunities for growth.
• Create tailored proposals and contracts in line with hotel revenue objectives.
• Ensure effective communication between clients and hotel operations teams.
• Collaborate with Revenue Management to optimize pricing strategies for transient bookings.
• Monitor market trends, competitive activities, and demand patterns.
• Analyze account production, booking pace, average daily rate (ADR), and revenue per available room (RevPAR) performance.
• Identify opportunities to enhance market share and boost sales in premium room categories.
• Represent the hotel at luxury travel events, trade shows, and networking functions.
• Host familiarization trips and client site visits.
• Promote the property's luxury experiences, amenities, and brand standards.
• Act as an ambassador for the hotel's reputation and guest experience.
• Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as transient room revenue, ADR, RevPAR, occupancy rates, new account acquisition, account retention and growth, sales call productivity, travel advisor production, and corporate negotiated rate production.
• Proven luxury hospitality sales professional.
• Extensive experience in developing high-value transient business.
• Experience with corporate accounts, luxury travel advisors, and premium leisure channels.
• Demonstrated history of exceeding revenue targets.
• Experience in negotiating strategic partnerships.
• Ability to foster long-term client relationships.
• Ability to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
• Capability to maximize ADR and RevPAR performance.
• Candidates residing in the Northeast, Florida, New York, or New Jersey are preferred.
