This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Represent and promote the luxurious House of Rohl plumbing portfolio.
• Establish significant relationships with showroom partners, builders, architects, and the design community.
• Contribute to the growth of the territory and the attainment of sales objectives.
• Maintain brand excellence across all customer interactions.
• Identify and cultivate new business prospects within luxury showrooms.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Technical Support, Sales Management, and Marketing teams.
• Ensure that House of Rohl brand standards are consistently upheld.
• Provide market insights and relay customer feedback.
• A High School Diploma or GED is required.
• A minimum of 5 years of sales experience, including outside sales, account management, or business development.
• Experience in building relationships and driving business through professional sales channels.
• Ability to influence and engage a diverse range of customers and partners.
• Proven track record of selling premium products in a consultative sales context.
• Strong organizational abilities with a capacity to work independently.
• A valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
• Preferred: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• Experience in selling luxury home products or similar items.
• Familiarity with the architectural and design sectors.
