Lustre Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Provide an enterprise-grade NetApp software solution.

• Develop innovative approaches to tackle significant data challenges faced by customers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in Lustre development.

• Established recognition within the Lustre community.

• Demonstrated history of building and managing technical teams.

• Capability to attract Lustre developers and other technical talents from the Lustre community.

• Experience in taking file products from conception through to commercialization.

• Ability to present technical ideas and industry insights to senior management.

• Work in conjunction with the Product Marketing team to outline and prioritize feature and solution needs.

• Compose succinct technical documents (1-3 pages) on subjects such as feature value articulation or competitive analysis.
