LTSA Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Oversee the negotiation of Long-Term Service Agreements (LTSA) with the client/owner and Sub-LTSA's with service providers.

• Prepare and assess comprehensive scopes of work for service providers and equipment suppliers.

• Ensure operations at sites comply with contractual obligations, including meeting capacity and availability guarantees.

• Manage service providers and equipment suppliers to ensure maintenance tasks are completed, maintaining equipment uptime as per contractual commitments and manufacturer specifications.

• Suggest opportunities to enhance operational efficiencies.

• Review and validate maintenance reports.

• Analyze performance data to identify root causes and performance trends.

• Assist in the preparation of monthly reports for the client/owner and present performance metrics and KPIs.

• Build, develop, and nurture essential business relationships crucial to the project's success.

• Act as the main client-facing representative, attending client meetings and addressing inquiries.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in Engineering or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management within the renewable power generation sector or a service environment involving electrical, controls, and network communication systems.

• Strong skills in negotiation, facilitation, risk management, and consensus building.

• Familiarity with general and national codes, medium voltage power systems, and photovoltaic or energy storage system applications is advantageous.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities and the skill to interact professionally and positively influence a diverse group of executives, managers, and subject matter experts.

• Demonstrated capacity to prioritize, manage multiple projects, and perform in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with a strong sense of ownership.
