Loss Control Info Systems Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Oversee and assist with Loss Control systems and workflows, which include RCT, LC 360, and vendor platforms.

• Track and manage system defects, resolve issues, and collaborate with IT and vendors for solutions.

• Produce vendor reports, handle survey assignments, and monitor workflow requests across various systems.

• Upload and manage Loss Control matrices, ensuring precise data management within the systems.

• Discover opportunities for automating workflows and optimizing processes using tools like Power Automate.

• Aid in system upgrades, testing, implementation activities, and change management procedures.

• Act as a key liaison for vendor integrations, site development, and matters related to system security.

• Work alongside internal IT teams and business partners to ensure systems meet operational and compliance standards.

• Assess data quality and guarantee reporting accuracy across different platforms and dashboards.

• Assist with reporting and analytics initiatives utilizing tools such as Power BI and Excel.

• Document workflows, procedures, and operational processes while upholding process manuals and standards.

• Offer technical and operational support to both internal and external users across various business areas.

• Support training, onboarding, and guidance related to Loss Control systems and workflows.

• Participate in continuous improvement efforts aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and user experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in Loss Control, insurance operations, business systems support, or commercial insurance settings.

• In-depth knowledge of Loss Control systems such as RCT, LC 360, LexisNexis, or comparable platforms.

• Proficient in workflow management, systems administration, troubleshooting, and resolving issues.

• Familiarity with data analytics, reporting, and process automation tools including Power BI and Power Automate.

• Strong understanding of business systems, operational workflows, and IT risk management principles.

• Capability to juggle multiple priorities while supporting both technical and operational business needs.
