This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Deliver innovative strategies for interpreting diagnostic tests and providing lifestyle recommendations.

• Administer Hormone Optimization Therapy (HOT), manage weight loss, and utilize peptides when suitable.

• Cultivate a thorough understanding of our proprietary supplement offerings to confidently explain and recommend them as necessary.

• Balance efficiency with thoroughness to complete synchronous visits and asynchronous tasks promptly without compromising quality.

• Be adaptable and willing to use evolving technologies essential for delivering care and communicating with both members and internal teams.

• Utilize strong verbal and written communication skills while being eager to enhance these abilities to improve member outcomes.

• Prioritize the outcomes and experiences of members in your care, ensuring adherence to safe, Lifeforce-approved medical protocols.

• Exhibit a genuine interest in our members, showing empathy towards their concerns and meeting them where they are.

• Meet quality and productivity benchmarks that will be clearly outlined and regularly reviewed with your manager.

⛳️ Requirements

• Board-certified M.D. or D.O. (preferred) or Autonomous NP.

• Active, unrestricted medical licenses and at least one DEA # for practicing medicine in multiple states.

• Interest in a fully-remote, 1099 contractor position.

• Availability to consistently work at least 20 hours per week.

• Strong knowledge of or interest in functionally-minded approaches to healthcare.

• Expertise in or a willingness to learn about HOT (Hormone Optimization Therapy) and comfort in using both supplements and approved pharmaceuticals for both men and women.

• Expertise in or a willingness to learn about medical weight loss therapies and peptides.

• Ability to quickly gain proficiency with necessary technologies, including computers, software applications, and phone systems.

• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities.

• Thrives in a team-oriented environment, excelling in a fast-paced setting and successfully collaborating with diverse groups at all organizational levels.

• Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
