Logistics Specialist – English

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia.

📋 Description

• Assess and manage logistics-related cases in line with company policies and established operating procedures.

• Investigate issues related to shipments, service requests, and operational discrepancies to determine root causes and suggest suitable solutions.

• Confirm shipment details, delivery records, and accompanying documentation to guarantee data precision.

• Oversee logistics workflows and deliver prompt updates to internal stakeholders.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to address logistics, transportation, and fulfillment challenges.

• Keep precise records of case activities, investigations, and resolutions.

• Ensure adherence to quality standards, operational guidelines, and service level agreements (SLAs).

• Recognize trends and recurring issues, escalating complex cases as necessary.

• Participate in process improvement initiatives aimed at boosting operational efficiency and enhancing customer satisfaction.

• Carry out additional logistics and operational support tasks as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of SPM, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in any field.

• New graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Relevant experience in logistics, supply chain, customer service, or operations is a plus.

• Strong proficiency in English (both spoken and written).

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to accurately manage large amounts of information.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and eager to learn new systems.

• Capacity to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Willingness to work on rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays if required.
