Customs & Logistics Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Autonomous management of all import and export operations

• Main liaison for customs authorities and external logistics providers

• Accurate classification of goods under the customs tariff system

• Creation and digitalization of innovative processes

• Proactive networking with logistics collaborators

• Freight booking and coordination for global shipments

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of pertinent professional experience in customs and import/export operations

• Comprehensive knowledge of European customs legislation (import/export) and tariff classification

• Hands-on experience with Incoterms® 2020

• Strong understanding of ERP systems

• Meticulous, audit-compliant working approach and keen attention to detail

• Excellent negotiation abilities

• Proficient communication skills in both German and English

• Willingness to engage in proactive communication with authorities and partners
