This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Oversee and implement the secure transportation and delivery of classified, sensitive, and mission-critical materials between operational locations and Government facilities.
• Uphold stringent chain of custody protocols and accountability documentation in line with Government security standards and established operating procedures.
• Conduct secure material handling tasks, including receipt, inspection, packaging, inventory verification, transfer, and protection of classified and controlled materials.
• Organize movement schedules, routing strategies, dispatch operations, and delivery priorities to meet operational needs and mission timelines.
• Collaborate with Government personnel, security representatives, operations centers, transportation staff, and site management regarding movement coordination and delivery updates.
• Monitor and track movement activities to ensure timely deliveries, operational transparency, and adherence to relevant regulations and procedures.
• Prepare and maintain operational reports, transportation logs, accountability records, incident documentation, and status updates for Government review.
• Assist in operational planning by identifying transportation limitations, routing considerations, and resource necessities.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant security protocols concerning classified material handling, physical security, operational security, and transportation tasks.
• Aid with inventory management, asset tracking, and accountability of Government Furnished Property as needed.
• Adapt to changing mission requirements and provide support for surge or contingency operations as instructed.
• Uphold professional conduct and operational discipline in high-tempo and sensitive mission contexts.
• Capability to obtain, maintain, and access classified information at the Secret level.
• Prior experience with classified, sensitive, or controlled materials is preferred.
• Familiarity with chain of custody procedures, secure handling requirements, and operational reporting practices.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in fast-paced operational settings.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and operational tracking systems.
• Preferred Qualifications: Previous military, deployed operations, or contingency logistics experience. Experience supporting Department of Defense logistics or operational programs. Knowledge of NAVSUP Mail Tracking System and other logistics and reporting systems. Experience in austere or high operational tempo environments.
