Logistics Representative – 4PL

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia.

📋 Description

• Arrange transportation for shipments efficiently.

• Oversee customer load board and manage information flow within the Transportation Management System.

• Maintain team mailboxes effectively.

• Execute relationship and knowledge-driven exception management according to established processes.

• Document and structure existing standard operating procedures.

• Acquire knowledge of various job functions within the assigned team.

• Facilitate customer calls and updates, identifying when proactive outreach is necessary.

• Achieve operational performance metrics.

• Conduct training sessions on C.H. Robinson systems for external customer representatives.

• Manage the reconciliation of daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.

• Offer data-driven recommendations to help customers optimize their use of C.H. Robinson services.

• Serve as a resource and support for colleagues as needed.

• Understand and apply C.H. Robinson’s project-based delivery model to identify process improvements and cost savings within the area of responsibility or team.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma and/or GED.

• A minimum of 2 years' experience in Supply Chain, Transportation, and/or Logistics.

• At least 1 year of experience in working with and troubleshooting information systems.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including overtime hours when necessary.

• Proficient in English and the primary language of the relevant region.
