Logistics Process Engineer, All Genders

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Coordinate projects with clients.

• Implement the software solutions at customer locations.

• Comprehend on-site processes and assist with system integration into customers’ IT infrastructures.

• Collaborate with diverse internal teams, including Engineering and Product.

• Clarify and evaluate production and logistics processes at client sites.

• Develop both technical and functional concepts, including business data models, interface specifications, and process designs.

• Provide guidance to clients on process enhancements.

• Document customer requirements and operational processes.

• Manage and organize IT projects while coordinating milestones and deadlines.

• Act as the liaison to Product Owners, stakeholders, and product development teams.

• Configure the software technically on the customer’s side.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed degree in mechanical engineering, business informatics, or a related field.

• Understanding of logistics and production processes, preferably with experience in autonomous systems.

• Must be based in Germany; applicants should currently reside in Germany.

• Strong experience in functional and technical process analysis.

• Initial exposure to agile and traditional project management methodologies.

• Proficient in both German and English, with business-level fluency.

• Capable of identifying and resolving issues effectively.

• Trustworthy individual with excellent communication skills.

• Detail-oriented and capable of working independently.

• Willingness to travel as required.

• Proven success record and a genuine passion for technology.
