This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• The Specialist I, Logistics Data & Reporting Specialist is tasked with consolidating, validating, and analyzing supply chain and inventory data for various country programs and implementing partners within a specific multi-country, donor-funded initiative.
• This role serves as the primary point of contact for supply chain data within the project, ensuring the provision of precise, timely, and high-quality reporting by establishing and implementing robust data governance, validation, and triangulation processes across partner and country-level systems, including Insight.
• Assist in maintaining compliance with CRS and donor stipulations, enhancing audit preparedness, and facilitating data-driven decision-making that adheres to the principles of stewardship, transparency, and accountability, thereby supporting high-quality programming for disadvantaged and vulnerable communities.
• Offer limited operational and administrative assistance to ensure effective project execution.
• A Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, data management, business administration, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in supply chain data management, reporting, and supporting multi-country programs.
• Experience with institutional donor requirements and reporting processes.
• Professional certifications in supply chain or data analytics are preferred.
• Familiarity with Insight ERP or similar enterprise resource planning systems.
• Strong skills in data analysis and validation.
• Knowledge of inventory accounting, GACAP, and donor compliance mandates.
• Capability to triangulate data from multiple sources and stakeholders.
• Proficient in MIS systems (including Insight), Excel, and various reporting tools.
• Excellent coordination and stakeholder management abilities.
• Strong customer service focus along with proficient communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive, resourceful, and results-driven mindset is essential.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for reporting and engaging with donors.
• Required Languages: Proficiency in English is mandatory; knowledge of French, Spanish, or Arabic is preferred.
