This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Monitor daily logistics activities to ensure they align with organizational objectives and comply with established protocols.

• Manage the scheduling and prioritization of shipments, facilitating smooth coordination between departments and external partners.

• Coordinate transportation and delivery schedules while optimizing routes for timely and cost-effective shipments.

• Prepare precise shipping and receiving documentation in accordance with regulatory standards.

• Execute inventory management tasks, monitor stock levels, and identify potential shortages.

• Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and customers to address shipment, scheduling, and logistics concerns.

• Analyze logistics data, pinpoint opportunities for process improvements, and propose recommendations to enhance efficiency.

• Follow up with team members and external vendors to ensure adherence to operational deadlines and requirements.

• Undertake additional duties as assigned.

• Adhere to all policies and standards.


⛳️ Requirements

• A High School Diploma is required.

• 2–4 years of relevant experience is required.

• Experience in customer support is necessary.

• Familiarity with warehouse management systems is essential.

• Proficient data entry skills are required.

• Proficiency in SAP applications is necessary.

• Strong relationship-building skills are essential.

• Knowledge of freight forwarding is required.

• Experience in inventory control is essential.

• Record keeping skills are necessary.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities are required.

• Understanding of process improvement methodologies is necessary.

• Ability to adhere to policies, standards, protocols, deadlines, and regulatory requirements is essential.

• No travel is required.
