This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Perform quality audits of vehicle inspections (PDI): Regularly assess vehicle inspections conducted at the port.
• Ensure adherence to PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) standards and protocols.
• Control damage classification: Confirm the proper application of A/B/C damage categorization criteria.
• Conduct quality checks on repairs and restorations: Verify the absence of residual defects post-repair (appearance, fitment, operation, finish, cleanliness).
• Ensure complete traceability of repairs conducted.
• Oversee quality reporting: Verify the quality and consistency of weekly reports.
• Check the traceability of inspections and damages.
• Generate audit summaries containing KPIs, deviations, and corrective actions.
• Expected deliverables include: Audit reports, action plans and follow-up on deviations, weekly quality reports, and quality KPI dashboards.
• Experience in automotive quality auditing.
• 5 to 10 years of experience in logistics, transport, or freight forwarding.
• Proficient in PDI processes and vehicle inspections.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with logistics partners.
• Skilled in quality tools (8D, PDCA, 5 Whys, Pareto, 5W2H, and Lean management).
• Strong proficiency in Excel.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
• Experience in the automotive sector is advantageous.
