Logistics Analyst – WMS/WH Automation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Establishes, oversees, and implements a range of WMS support initiatives aimed at improving safety, service, and cost efficiency.

• Facilitates the rollout and enhancement of WMS solutions across the North American region.

• Evaluates alternatives and secures approval and support for optimal solutions.

• Diagnoses issues and creates enhancements for the Warehouse Management System.

• Actively seeks and quantifies opportunities for process improvement within the WMS/LMS frameworks.

• Evaluates and identifies risks to achieve established objectives.

• Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to introduce best practices to projects and the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience with Technical Warehouse Management Systems.

• Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of 3 years in logistics, warehousing, transportation, manufacturing, or other related operational roles.

• Experience with WMS, specifically Infios (Koerber) and SAP, is preferred.

• Demonstrated ability to initiate change and standardize processes and procedures.

• Proven capability to cultivate and sustain a strong performance culture, utilizing KPIs to promote continuous improvement.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
