This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Manage the comprehensive high-impact order lifecycle strategy for critical infrastructure deployment in Brazil.
• Address significant customs clearance issues, international freight disruptions, and regulatory challenges.
• Supervise the Nota Fiscal Eletrônica (NF-e) framework, ensuring proper XML formatting and accurate tax calculations.
• Engage directly with local customs brokers, 3PL partners, and governmental platforms such as SISCOMEX and DUIMP.
• Review and report on intricate vendor performance metrics, delivery accuracy, and adherence to contractual SLAs.
• Develop automated data reporting systems to enhance cross-border fulfillment speeds and reduce logistics costs.
• Collaborate with global teams, vendors, 3PL partners, and customs authorities.
• Enhance fulfillment speed while ensuring operational compliance.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in international trade operations.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification.
• Demonstrated experience in managing complex end-to-end logistics execution within the Brazilian market.
• Extensive knowledge of global freight processes, specialized customs clearance, and intricate Incoterms execution.
• In-depth understanding of Brazilian import/export regulations, corporate fiscal procedures, and tax frameworks, including ICMS, IPI, and PIS/COFINS.
• Advanced skills in Excel, Power BI, or other analytical tools for creating automated supply chain optimization models.
• High proficiency in enterprise tracking tools (ERP, WMS) and localized trade compliance platforms.
• Exceptional communication skills in Portuguese.
• Strong intermediate proficiency in English.
