This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Accurately prepare and process invoices in a timely manner.
• Oversee billing operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and client specifications.
• Record and reconcile financial transactions utilizing FullBay or Trinium along with QuickBooks Online (QBO).
• Supervise accounts receivable, follow up on overdue invoices, and aid in collections.
• Keep financial records and documentation organized.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to address billing discrepancies or client inquiries.
• Help in generating reports and analyzing financial data as needed.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline is preferred but not mandatory.
• Demonstrated experience with FullBay or Trinium and QuickBooks Online (QBO).
• 1–3 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or roles related to accounts support.
• Strong knowledge of billing, invoicing, and accounts receivable processes.
• Exceptional attention to detail and precision.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Proficient in MS Office/Google Workspace.
• Effective communication skills for interactions with clients and team members.
• Experience in the automotive, trucking, or fleet management sectors is a plus.
