Lock Desk Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Conduct daily audits of the pricing system to ensure the accuracy of published rates.

• Ensure that all pricing-related data is entered and maintained with precision.

• Review and confirm lock requests received from the lock desk.

• Manage lock maintenance requests, including extensions, re-locks, updates, renegotiations, and more.

• Provide assistance with pricing-related inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and investor guidelines.

• Aid in the preparation, execution, and input of mandatory trade data.

• Analyze and address operational issues related to rate lock discrepancies.

• Investigate pricing requests and update the system with the necessary pricing modifications.

• The Lock Desk Analyst is expected to maintain satisfactory attendance and arrive on time each day.

• Perform additional tasks as assigned.

• A Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Economics, Finance, or another quantitative discipline).

• Effective communication skills at various levels, both within the organization and externally.

• Strong professionalism, ethics, and character are essential.

• Willingness to learn and ask questions is required.

• Proven problem-solving skills.

• A critical thinker with solid aptitude and reasoning capabilities.

• A strong sense of urgency is crucial for this role.
