Local SEO Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Take charge of and implement the local SEO strategy across all clinic locations.

• Enhance the performance of Google Business Profiles, focusing on rankings, visibility, and engagement.

• Optimize for local service keywords related to physical therapy, performance, and recovery services.

• Assess opportunities based on competition, user intent, and potential for conversion.

• Manage and refine listings, including categories, services, descriptions, and media.

• Develop and oversee strategies for generating reviews and managing reputation signals.

• Monitor insights, map pack rankings, and trends in local visibility.

• Address listing issues, duplicates, or inconsistencies.

• Optimize location and service pages to align with local search intent.

• Enhance titles, headers, internal linking, and schema where necessary.

• Ensure NAP (Name, Address, Phone) consistency across the website and third-party directories.

• Assist in the creation and optimization of local landing pages as required.

• Improve the accuracy of local citations and directories.

• Support local link-building and partnership opportunities when relevant.

• Analyze competitors to identify gaps in local visibility.

• Track local rankings, calls, requests for directions, and traffic metrics.

• Provide performance reports with clear insights related to patient acquisition.

• Adjust strategy based on results and competitive dynamics.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3 to 6+ years of practical experience in local SEO.

• Demonstrated success in ranking businesses within competitive local markets.

• Strong comprehension of Google Business Profiles and factors affecting local rankings.

• Experience in optimizing businesses that provide location-based services.

• Familiarity with tools like Google Search Console, Google Business Profile, BrightLocal, Whitespark, or similar platforms.

• Capability to link local SEO efforts to tangible conversion results.

• Availability to work during Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours.
