Loan Servicing Support Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee the loan boarding process to subservices, ensuring precision and efficiency.

• Transfer escrow funds as necessary and handle fund disbursements.

• Provide and maintain servicing images and documents.

• Manage, monitor, and resolve issues related to missing documents and conditions.

• Audit and reconcile daily subservicing reports to confirm accurate boarding data.

• Conduct weekly operational discussions with subservices to ensure alignment and address any issues.

• Regularly review daily and monthly subservicing reports.

• Generate and supply detailed reports to management for early delinquency audits.

• Monitor alerts regarding loan payoffs to ensure timely responses.

• Carry out thorough monthly, quarterly, and annual audits.

• Assist the Accounting and Compliance teams during annual audits, custodian audits, and state regulatory audits.

• Demonstrated experience in mortgage lending and loan servicing.

• Comprehensive understanding of loan servicing workflows, including subservicing.

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Capability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• Strong communication and coordination skills.

• Familiarity with regulatory standards in loan servicing.

• Experience with Encompass loan origination software.

• Previous employment experience with Dovenmuehle Mortgage Inc. (DMI) is preferred.
