Loan Processor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Gather, assess, and authenticate all client documentation (income, identification, assets/liabilities, statements)

• Accurately complete loan applications in accordance with lender specifications

• Follow up on any outstanding documentation

• Prepare loan files ready for submission

• Oversee the loan pipeline from submission to settlement

• Monitor application progress, conditions, and timelines

• Coordinate with brokers, lenders, clients, and third parties

• Assist in gathering information from lenders for loan and annual reviews

• Ensure loan files comply with regulatory and lender standards

• Maintain documentation that is audit-ready

• Provide brokers with timely updates on status

• Communicate in a professional manner with clients

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in residential mortgage processing

• Strong attention to detail along with excellent communication skills

• Familiarity with CRM systems (Broker Engine and Flex)
