This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Management and Submission of Applications:
• Input data into Infynity / Metanoia and Apply Online systems.
• Prepare and oversee the electronic signing of all application documents.
• Submit finalized loan applications to the respective lenders.
• Follow up with clients for any outstanding documents to ensure application completeness.
• Monitor all active applications and proactively track lender progress.
• Address Missing Information Requests (MIRs) — gather, organize, and send to lenders.
• Keep clients updated throughout the process — including application status, lender feedback, and next steps.
• Collaborate with conveyancers/solicitors and the lenders' settlements teams.
• Guide deals through to settlement.
• Manage Post-Settlement Inquiries.
• Respond professionally to inbound client inquiries, using clear and friendly English.
• Maintain client engagement through timely outbound follow-ups.
• As you gain confidence in the role, you will assist with credit analysis support to enable our para-broker to focus on scenario-building and BDM discussions.
• Review and categorize client documents (payslips, tax returns, statements, liabilities).
• Identify gaps, inconsistencies, or potential issues prior to submission.
• Enter relevant client information into the Fact-Find.
• Independently perform serviceability calculations.
• Assist the para-broker in achieving quicker, higher-volume outcomes.
• Proven experience in home loan submissions to various Australian lenders.
• In-depth knowledge of lender criteria, serviceability, and the complete loan process.
• Previous experience in an Australian mortgage broker or aggregator setting.
• Proficient in Infynity, Metanoia, Apply Online, or similar broker software.
• Exceptional written and verbal English skills — warm, professional, and client-ready.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and dependable under pressure.
• Experience in reviewing and analyzing financial documents (payslips, tax returns, BAS, liabilities) is highly valued.
• Familiarity with MIR management and lender settlement procedures is an advantage.
• Aspiration to advance into a credit analyst or para-broker equivalent position is highly regarded.
