Loan Officer, Private Lending

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Source short-term bridge, fix and flip, and various business-purpose real estate loans

• Foster relationships with borrowers, brokers, real estate investors, and referral partners

• Develop and maintain a substantial pipeline of prospective loans

• Utilize company-generated leads while consistently engaging in outbound business development

• Assess opportunities based on F2 Finance’s credit criteria

• Clearly structure and present transactions to the credit team

• Oversee loans throughout the processing, underwriting, and closing stages

• Provide clear and proactive communication to customers and internal teams

• Keep accurate records of pipeline and relationship information in HubSpot

• Represent F2 Finance at pertinent conferences and industry events

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of **two years of experience as a loan officer**

• Direct experience in private lending, hard money, residential bridge lending, or fix and flip finance

• A proven track record of originating at least **$1 million per month**

• An established network of relevant borrowers, brokers, investors, or referral sources

• In-depth understanding of private lending transactions and credit considerations

• Capability to build, manage, and convert a large pipeline

• Excellent sales, relationship management, and communication skills

• A disciplined approach to prospecting, follow-up, and CRM management

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

• A customer-centric, commercially minded approach

• Strong work ethic, sound judgment, and a genuine drive to achieve results

• Familiarity with HubSpot, Notion, Slack, and Google Workspace is advantageous

• Remote candidates must demonstrate a history of high performance in an autonomous environment, showcasing excellent responsiveness and reporting discipline
