This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Deliver an outstanding customer experience by establishing trust and guiding clients through the loan process.

• Interact with clients via inbound and outbound calls utilizing company-generated leads and marketing tools.

• Assess financial situations to create customized loan proposals that align with customer requirements.

• Accurately enter borrower data into the system, ensuring records are current throughout the loan journey.

• Gather and evaluate qualification documents to guarantee thorough and precise loan applications.

• Maintain proactive communication with borrowers, addressing their concerns and keeping them updated from application through to closing.

• Work collaboratively with internal teams, including processors and customer relationship managers, to address any qualification challenges.

• Achieve and surpass performance targets while ensuring adherence to lending regulations and maintaining loan quality.

• Must hold an active MLO license with current authorization to operate in four or more states.

• A minimum of 3 years of continuous experience as a Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) loan Originator.

• Over 3 years of experience in a call center setting.

• In-depth knowledge of mortgage products, including Conventional, FHA, VA, Refinance, JUMBO, Non-QM, HELOCs, and Seconds.

• Skilled in CRM and Loan Origination Systems (LOS), such as Byte, Salesforce, or Encompass for managing customer relationships.

• Bilingual in Spanish is advantageous.
