This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Evaluate, organize, and facilitate the initiation of a variety of real estate loan products; guide borrowers from the initial intake to closure while ensuring prompt and precise execution.
• Actively generate and convert leads, both inbound and through prospecting, into funded transactions; achieve personal production targets in monthly loan volume through continuous relationship cultivation and effective deal structuring.
• Act as a trusted consultant by informing real estate investors about financing options, underwriting standards, and loan program alternatives; provide customized financial advice to foster repeat business and support long-term development.
• Keep precise and current records of all borrower interactions, quoted transactions, and loan progress within the company CRM to enhance sales forecasting, performance monitoring, and marketing strategies.
• Broaden market presence by cultivating relationships with sponsors, brokers, and referrals, attending industry events, and identifying new business opportunities within designated territories.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless processing, underwriting, and closing of loans, while maintaining transparent communication with stakeholders throughout each transaction.
• Acquire a thorough understanding of proprietary loan products and industry trends to represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and confidence in all borrower interactions.
• Preferably a Bachelor’s degree; equivalent professional experience in real estate finance will be accepted.
• A minimum of two (2) years of sales experience is required.
• Extensive knowledge of loan origination, real estate finance, collateral valuation, private lending products, investor requirements, and relevant regulatory considerations.
• Proven expertise in structuring short-term real estate loans and evaluating asset-based risks.
• Proficient in CRM platforms (HubSpot or similar systems).
• Advanced sales and marketing skills with a demonstrated ability to establish and sustain a robust, sustainable pipeline.
