This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Analyze, organize, and facilitate the origination of various real estate loan products; guide borrowers from initial intake to closing while ensuring timely and precise execution.
• Actively generate and convert leads, both from inbound inquiries and prospecting efforts, into financed deals; achieve personal production goals in monthly loan volume through continuous relationship building and effective deal structuring.
• Act as a trusted advisor by educating real estate investors on financing solutions, underwriting requirements, and loan program options; provide customized financial guidance to foster repeat business and long-term growth.
• Keep accurate and current records of all borrower interactions, quoted deals, and loan progress in the company CRM to assist with sales forecasting, performance monitoring, and marketing strategies.
• Enhance market presence by cultivating relationships with sponsors, brokers, and referrals, attending industry events, and identifying new business opportunities within targeted areas.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless processing, underwriting, and closing of loans, maintaining clear communication with stakeholders throughout each transaction.
• Acquire a thorough understanding of proprietary loan products and industry trends to represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and confidence in all borrower interactions.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent professional experience in real estate finance will be taken into account.
• Minimum of two (2) years of sales experience.
• Extensive knowledge of loan origination, real estate finance, collateral valuation, private lending products, investor requirements, and relevant regulatory considerations.
• Proven expertise in structuring short-term real estate loans and evaluating asset-based risk.
• Proficient in CRM platforms (HubSpot or similar systems).
• Advanced sales and marketing skills with a demonstrated ability to develop and sustain a robust pipeline.
