This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
β’ Interact directly with prospective clients and existing customers, delivering an outstanding onboarding experience with a sales-oriented approach.
β’ Ensure continuous business operations by providing smooth "out of office" and PTO coverage for your designated Loan Officers (LOs) as necessary.
β’ Contribute to sales growth through marketing support, networking collaboration, and lead generation activities as directed by the LO.
β’ Aid in the preparation of prospect files, which includes thorough application assessments, loan file structuring, product identification/research, and scenario planning utilizing corporate and branch resources.
β’ Request and evaluate client documentation to maintain accuracy and completeness.
β’ Accountable for intricate income calculations and the integrity of file structures.
β’ Organize and "scrub" files, gather outstanding documents, and submit comprehensive, precise loan packages to the Processing team in alignment with NNE standard procedures.
β’ Initiate and facilitate some or all third-party order requests for ongoing files.
β’ Supervise files currently with the Processing and Closing teams to ensure a smooth progression to closing in accordance with stringent branch standards.
β’ Actively manage the LOs' current pipelines and conduct regular, formal pipeline review meetings with your assigned LOs.
β’ Provide assistance with rate locks, rate negotiations, pricing, and concessions (must possess a license or be fully committed to obtaining licensing immediately upon hire).
β’ Demonstrated experience as a Loan Officer Assistant (LOA), processor, or in a similar capacity within the mortgage industry.
β’ A distinctive combination of a "sales-minded" personality and a meticulous, detail-focused operational skill set.
β’ Currently licensed, or highly driven and willing to swiftly acquire your mortgage loan originator license.
β’ Availability to occasionally assist clients or support the pipeline beyond regular business hours, including evenings or weekends, as dictated by business needs.
β’ Exceptional organizational abilities to manage competing priorities across 2 to 3 different Loan Officers.
β’ Additional incentive payouts, typically structured as basis points (BPS) or per-file bonuses β compensated directly based on LO production.
