This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Ensure that files progress through processing and closing efficiently.
• Respond promptly to clients’ inquiries and concerns, keeping them informed throughout the loan process.
• Review and prepare client documentation to guarantee accuracy in all paperwork.
• Adequately prepare loan files for submission to the processing team.
• Demonstrate outstanding customer service skills with both clients and internal partners.
• Execute a variety of administrative tasks to support the branch's operations.
• Assist the Loan Officer with scheduling, client communication, and file management.
• A minimum of 2+ years of experience in the mortgage industry as an LOA or processor is essential.
• Familiarity with VA, Conventional, and FHA loan types is required.
• Proficiency in using Encompass LOS.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to learn swiftly and manage multiple tasks with a keen attention to detail.
• Understanding of loan products and compliance regulations.
• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
