Loan Modification Solutions Title Analyst – Default Services, Loss Mitigation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Identify title discrepancies on real estate title products and report items that impact title during or after the Loan Modification process.

• Develop and supply grade sheets that detail title issues on graded title reports.

• Review recorded documents for correctness.

• Respond to inquiries from servicers and internal personnel.

• Maintain effective communication with management and servicers.

• Attend and engage in team meetings.

• Undertake additional tasks as assigned.

• Strong work history in the mortgage or real estate sector.

• High School diploma or equivalent is mandatory.

• Familiarity with real estate title concepts.

• Demonstrated customer service abilities.

• Basic computer proficiency.

• Competence in Microsoft software applications.

• Capability to manage multiple tasks.

• Ability to achieve daily production targets with a high degree of accuracy.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail.
