This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Comprehending lender requirements and the application approval process.
• Ensuring exceptional standards in data entry and loan packaging.
• Prioritizing the submission of applications.
• Responding promptly to client inquiries and information requests from lenders.
• Collecting additional necessary information and minimizing rework by accurately structuring and submitting applications.
• Inputting data into the CRM system (ApplyOnline, Mercury & BrokerEngine).
• Preparing electronic or manual lodgement application forms.
• Compiling all NCCP documents and attaching them to the customer’s CRM system.
• Gathering and organizing all required documentation for the loan package.
• Reviewing loan application documents to identify any non-compliance or missing information.
• Investigating the applicant’s credit status and current financial situation by thoroughly examining their credit report and bank statements.
• Ensuring the application adheres to the regulations and policies set by the lender.
• Ordering valuations and negotiating pricing discounts.
• Compiling supporting documents into a single loan file and submitting the application to the lender.
• Completing quality control documentation and checklists.
• Preparing FHOG/FHLDS documentation.
• Preparing and managing Discharge Authority documentation.
• Maintaining and enhancing Atelier Wealth’s internal systems and processes.
• Updating Atelier Wealth’s CRM system (BrokerEngine).
• A Bachelor’s degree or tertiary education, preferably in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
• Experience: a minimum of 2-3+ years as a Loan Application Specialist or in a similar role; prior experience in mortgage processing, loan applications, or financial services is essential.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM systems such as ApplyOnline, Mercury, or BrokerEngine is advantageous.
• Attention to Detail: A strong focus on detail and accuracy in data entry and document preparation.
• Communication skills – proficient in written and verbal English.
• Strong cognitive abilities in verbal, numerical, and data interpretation.
• Capability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently with minimal supervision.
• Highly organized, results-oriented, and able to manage multiple loan files at once.
