This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Oversee live streams, in-app interactions, and user activities
• Uphold platform guidelines and take necessary actions on infringements
• Address issues promptly that affect user experience or safety
• Carry out operational duties (e.g., payments, adjustments, account management)
• Ensure precision and punctuality in all processing tasks
• Identify discrepancies or anomalies for further examination
• Serve as the initial point of contact for platform-related issues
• Elevate critical concerns with clear context and urgency
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve incidents
• Keep detailed records of actions taken and issues faced
• Provide organized updates during and after shifts
• Highlight recurring problems and propose enhancements
• Willingness to work flexible schedules (24/7 availability)
• Excellent attention to detail and capability to follow established procedures
• Ability to act swiftly and make informed decisions in real-time
• Strong communication skills (clear and concise)
• Proficient with technology; capable of navigating various tools and systems
• Prior experience in moderation, operations, or support is advantageous
