This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Engage in live trading of MOBA matches in real-time utilizing proprietary tools and models.

• Oversee market performance and modify pricing in response to in-game occurrences.

• Deliver precise feedback regarding pricing, models, and market trends.

• Mentor junior traders by sharing expertise and providing support.

• Analyze trading performance and pinpoint areas for enhancement.

• Utilize a robust understanding of MOBA titles, including meta and game dynamics.

• Participate in the advancement of trading processes and tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in esports live trading, preferably with an emphasis on MOBA titles.

• Excellent numerical and analytical abilities accompanied by keen attention to detail.

• Capability to make swift and precise decisions in a real-time setting with limited information.

• Proficient in multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively under pressure.

• Comprehensive understanding of MOBA games, including meta, patches, and in-game mechanics.

• Demonstrated high level of responsibility, reliability, and punctuality.

• Strong stress management skills and the capacity to perform well during high-intensity events.

• Upper-intermediate English proficiency or higher (B2+).

• Willingness to adapt to global esports schedules.
