This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +1 more state.
• Address customer inquiries and requests promptly and professionally via our live chat platform.
• Offer accurate and valuable information regarding our products, services, and promotions.
• Manage customer orders and monitor shipment status.
• Identify and resolve customer issues and complaints, escalating to relevant team members when necessary.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of product offerings and stay current with company policies and procedures.
• Work collaboratively with our sales and customer service teams to provide a seamless customer experience.
• Achieve and surpass performance metrics for response time, customer satisfaction, and sales objectives.
• High school diploma or equivalent is essential; some college education or relevant experience is preferred.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service, ideally in a remote or call center setting.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills.
• Capability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using computers and the internet, with the capacity to quickly learn new software and systems.
• Experience with live chat platforms and CRM systems is an advantage.
