Litigation Paralegal

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Summarize medical records, invoices, and related documents, in addition to developing medical chronologies and invoice summaries.

• Effectively communicate with clients, insurance carriers, and legal counsel within a collaborative team setting.

• Proficient in the use of Word, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Adobe, and Excel.

• Must be oriented towards task completion.

• Capable of working independently in a fast-paced and friendly work environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of civil litigation experience required, along with expertise in medical summaries and invoice summaries.

• Previous experience in insurance defense litigation, bodily injury, and/or general liability is preferred.

• A foundational understanding of medical terminology is advantageous.

• Prior experience in reviewing and summarizing medical records and invoices is preferred.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, alongside strong organizational abilities, are essential.

• Familiarity with Florida Court procedures is preferred.

• Must currently reside in Florida.
