Litigation Attorney

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Draft, review, and respond to significant pleadings, motions, and discovery materials.

• Participate in and lead hearings, depositions, mediations, and client meetings while also negotiating settlements.

• Must demonstrate competence and proficiency in Word, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Excel.

• Communicate effectively with team members and clients.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience.

• Licensed member in good standing with the Florida Bar.

• Proficiency in the use of Word, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Excel is essential.
