Litigation Attorney

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Oversee a portfolio of consumer arbitration cases from start to finish.

• Analyze evidence, including customer interactions and recorded conversations, to formulate case strategy.

• Manage discovery processes and collaborate with internal legal teams on case oversight.

• Represent the client during arbitration hearings and other dispute resolution processes.

• Successfully manage communications with opposing counsel and progress cases towards resolution.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess an active Florida bar license.

• Experience in litigation, including courtroom, hearing, or advocacy involvement.

• Capability to independently handle a caseload with little to no oversight.

• Excellent legal research, writing, analytical, and communication abilities.

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
