Litigation Attorney

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Perform legal research to assist in litigation efforts.

• Offer legal counsel to clients dealing with consumer debt issues.

• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients as well as opposing legal representatives.

• Keep informed about updates in applicable laws and regulations.

• Collaborate with and support staff to meet case objectives.

• A Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school is required.

• Must hold a license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.

• Extensive experience in litigation is necessary.
