Litigation Associate – Computer Hardware & Software

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Focuses on the recruitment of IP/Patent professionals across the country

• Comprehends the technical requirements of clients alongside the unique skills and career aspirations of candidates

• Develop a robust network of enduring client partnerships to maintain a competitive advantage

• Offer reliable career guidance to candidates

• Evaluate candidates' profiles for job opportunities in multiple locations

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong background in patent litigation related to computer hardware and/or software

• Familiarity with inter partes review (IPR) processes before the PTAB

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field is mandatory

• Outstanding writing abilities are essential

• USPTO registration number is preferred

• Candidates should be eligible for bar admission via waiver or be prepared to take the state bar exam
