⛳️ Requirements

• Candidates must demonstrate substantial experience in patent litigation related to computer hardware and/or software, as well as inter partes review (IPR) proceedings before the PTAB.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field is required.

• Exceptional writing abilities are essential.

• A USPTO registration number is preferred.

• Candidates should be eligible for bar admission through waiver or be willing to take the state bar exam.

• The ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-demand environment is a necessity.
