This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage a range of intricate civil defense cases, such as toxic tort litigation, premises liability, product liability, and general liability defense.
• Acquire practical experience by drafting legal documents, arguing motions, conducting depositions, overseeing discovery processes, and making court appearances.
• Receive guidance from seasoned partners in a nurturing, high-performance setting.
• Valid license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction (UBE jurisdictions are preferred).
• 1–6 years of experience in civil defense litigation.
• Proficient in legal research, writing, and oral advocacy.
• Experience in drafting pleadings, managing discovery, and handling motion practice.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the capability to juggle multiple deadlines.
• A team-oriented attitude combined with a proactive, ownership-driven approach.
