This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Lithuania.

📋 Description

• Facilitate effective communication between English and non-English speakers during calls.

• Provide specialized services across various fields and industries while ensuring transparency throughout the conversation.

• Participate in ongoing professional training and acquire new certifications.

• Professionally answer calls, adhering to the Interpreter's code of conduct.

• Always be ready to take notes during calls.

• Familiarity with the specific terminology relevant to the industry served, particularly in healthcare and medical fields.

• Accurately convey all messages without adding, omitting, or altering any information.

• Deliver exceptional customer service during interpretation.

• Facilitate communication between Limited English Proficient individuals and clients by providing precise and complete interpretation of messages.

• Adhere to established standards of practice.

• Engage in internal professional training sessions.

• Show enthusiasm for obtaining new professional certifications.

• Regularly communicate and report to your team leader.

• Follow dress code policies for video remote interpreting.
