Listing Marketing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Developing high-quality, brand-aligned marketing materials for real estate agent collaborators

• Designing and producing marketing assets such as Coming Soon, Just Listed, Just Sold, and Open House materials

• Creating social media visuals and content for property listing announcements

• Producing digital flyers for specific properties

• Posting and scheduling marketing content across various platforms

• Keeping organized records and files for each listing campaign

• Excellent English writing and communication abilities

• Highly detail-oriented

• Proficient in using digital marketing tools, CRMs, and design platforms

• Background in graphic design, digital marketing, or real estate marketing

• Capability to organize and manage several projects at once
