This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Implement and oversee applications within Docker/Containers environments.
• Collaborate with diverse teams to launch applications on Azure.
• Offer Remote Customer Support while installing New/Existing Cameras in Field Environments.
• Proactively identify and resolve software issues impacting camera functionality.
• Keep abreast of new technologies and industry best practices.
• Coordinate with Field Technicians through cell phone communications/remote IM for all maintenance activities related to cameras.
• Expected to participate in an On-call work rotation to provide support during standard business hours.
• On-call rotation during weekends and US holidays may be required.
• A Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline showcasing strong software development capabilities.
• Proficiency in Linux systems coupled with experience in IoT devices and/or Edge Gateways.
• Familiarity with at least one of the following: Azure, Python, and/or Docker (for managing containerized applications).
• Background in Customer Support along with strong troubleshooting abilities.
• Knowledge of software development principles and agile methodologies.
• Proficient in English communication at an advanced level.
• Availability for on-call support 1-2 weekends each month.
